All stands which are not state sponsored or Nationalised firm will automatically compete for these competitions.

For the best Agricultural Trade Stand.
THE BUCKS COUNTY SHOW PERPETUAL CHALLENGE TROPHY (8) to the Winner.

For the best non-Agricultural Trade Stand.
THE LORD CARRINGTON CHALLENGE TROPHY (17) to the Winner.

Prize cards will be awarded to the first, second, third and commended prize-winners in each class.

Entry into the competition will be automatic and judging will commence promptly at 9.00am by which time exhibits must be completed. All exhibits must be open for trading at 8.30am

Existing Exhibitors must complete and return the application form together with remittance by Monday, 10th March if they wish to retain their current site.

After 10th March space will be offered to new Exhibitors who have already completed and returned their forms together with full remittance. This will be offered at the Association’s discretion as and when a suitable area becomes available.
No application will be accepted unless accompanied by the correct remittance.

Post dated cheques will NOT be accepted.

Contractors for all of the above are available and should be contacted direct should you wish to make use of their services -- please contact the show office for further details. If electricity and/or water are required this MUST ALSO be notified on the application form and may affect the siting of the stand.

Open Ground Space
Exhibitors must make their own arrangements to cover their sites.
Maximum depth in any site 10metres.
Minimum frontage available 3 metres. Additional frontage in increments of 1 metre only.

Agricultural:
Frontage on line shaded areas around Main Ring (see map) £ 12.00 per metre frontage
All other Avenues and Walks £10.00 per metre frontage

Non-Agricultural:
Frontage on line shaded areas around Main Ring (see map) £30.00 per metre frontage
Corner site £30 per metre frontage.
All other Avenues and Walks £25.00 per metre frontage

Registered Charities Only:
Bookings from registered Charities will be accepted £18.00 per metre frontage
(Please note there are only a limited number of Charity sites available and sites will be allocated at the Association’s discretion. The Association may refuse any Charity whatsoever without reason).
Charities wishing to be in a specific area must book at normal rates.

All prices are subject to VAT at the standard rate.

There is a large selection of classes and displays at the Show that your company may be interested in sponsoring which provide additional publicity for you and also offer the opportunity of promoting your product.

All Trade Stand holders will be entitled to a free entry in the alphabetical section of the Show Programme giving the Company name, address, telephone number and a brief description.
